How many members in a Team?

Hi,
I went through the rules but couldn’t find a specific mention of team size limits.

Could you please clarify if there is a minimum or maximum number of members allowed in a team?

Also, are there any additional guidelines or eligibility conditions for team composition that we should be aware of?
