AWS Console Access Issue

I signed up for the $100 in build credit and received my lease in the Innovation Sandbox. However, once logging in from there, I cannot seem to view Cost & Usage/Monitoring, and some other features in the AWS Console (access denied). How would I go about troubleshooting this?

    I'm also not able to tag the appropriate resources for my application (DynamoDB, etc).
