Submitting to Multiple Hackathons

Hello,

I am currently building a completely new project that started within the official eligibility period of the Amazon Nova AI Hackathon. The same core concept also aligns well with another active hackathon (the Gemini Live Agent Challenge), which is running during a similar timeframe.

If I implement different architectures tailored to each platform, for example:

- one version built using Amazon Nova models and AWS services, and
- another version built using Gemini models and Google Cloud services,

would it be acceptable to submit the respective versions to each hackathon, assuming:

- both versions are developed during the eligibility periods,
- each submission has its own repository, demo, and implementation specific to the platform, and
- the project is adapted to meet the technical requirements of each platform?

Thank you for your guidance.

Building two separate versions of a project (+ two separate code repos, demos, etc) to meet the specific requirements of two different hackathons is a massive undertaking, especially when they share the same deadline. While it may be technically possible if you are starting from scratch within the submissions periods, the most successful participants are those who pick the platform that best aligns with their vision and go "all-in." High-quality, deep execution on one platform almost always outshines a broad approach across two.
