The deadline has passed, how judging works and give us your feedback!

The submission portal is officially locked.
First and foremost: Thank you. We know it takes a lot of caffeine, late-night debugging, and creative energy to get a project across the finish line. Whether you built a seamless Voice AI experience with Nova 2 Sonic or a complex multi-agent system, you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve shipped!
🛑 Project Status & Post-Hackathon Building
To ensure a fair playing field, no more edits can be made to your projects.
-
Keep your repos "As-Is": Please do not push any new code to the repository linked in your submission.
-
-
Want to keep building? We love the hustle! If you are building your project out beyond the hackathon, please wait until after the winner announcement on April 8th.
-
The Fork Rule: If you can't wait to iterate, please fork your code repository. Continue your masterpiece in the new fork while leaving the original hackathon submission branch untouched so judges see exactly what was submitted.
-
⚖️ The Judging Process: what happens next?
Our panel is diving into your builds as we speak and will be busy reviewing projects until April 2nd. Here is how the evaluation will roll out:
Stage One: Baseline Viability (Pass/Fail)
We first ensure every submission meets the "baseline level of viability." Does it include all requirements? Does it reasonably address a challenge? Does it actually use Amazon Nova?
Stage Two: The Deep Dive
Submissions that pass Stage One move to our expert panel for scoring (1–5 scale) based on these weighted criteria:
-
Technical Implementation - 60% Includes the quality, effectiveness, successful integration with Amazon Nova, and overall system architecture.
-
Enterprise or Community Impact - 20% Assesses how the solution delivers business value or creates meaningful benefits for communities.
-
Creativity and Innovation - 20% Includes the novelty of the approach and innovative use of multi-agent systems to solve real-world problems.
Note on Testing: To respect the judges' time, they may prioritize demo videos for evaluation. While they have access to your code, they are not required to live-test every project if the video clearly demonstrates the functionality.

💬 Feedback & Community
Due to the volume of submissions, we cannot provide individual feedback, but we encourage you to share your project links in the Devpost Discord and get feedback from your peers! We will be opening the Project Gallery in a few days so you can see what your fellow builders have created.
Rest up, celebrate your hard work, and stay tuned.
